Wesley Anne Rogers

Wesley Anne (Holiday) Rogers passed away on June 7, 2026, at the age of 79.

Born on May 2, 1947, in Wichita, Kansas, Wesley grew up in California. She graduated from Los Altos High School in 1965 and attended Foothill College.

Wesley loved the ocean, sailing, traveling, spending time at the beach, and going out for breakfast. She also loved Disneyland and was always ready for an adventure.

An accomplished autocross driver, Wesley was recognized as one of the top female competitors in Northern California. She especially enjoyed driving her Sunbeam Tiger and remained proud of her years in the sport.

Wesley loved the music of the 1960s, but Neil Diamond was always her favorite. She attended every concert she could and often slept outside Tower Records to get the best seats.

Wesley enjoyed making stained glass, creating jewelry, and painting and decorating furniture. She also enjoyed browsing her favorite stores, collected blue-and-white Cornishware, and owned Converse shoes in just about every color.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Virginia (Palmer) Dahl and Arthur Holiday, and her brother, Richard “Doc” Holiday.

She is survived by her daughter, Lindsay Potter; her grandchildren, Taylor and Parker; and her sister, Kristin Mercer.

Some of Wesley’s favorite moments were the simple ones—shopping with Lindsay, their regular breakfast outings, watching basketball with Parker, and spending time with Taylor.

She will be deeply missed by her family and all who knew her.
