Sherry Ann Jackson

Sherry Ann Jackson was born on September 4, 1941 in Brilliant AL to Jessie Martin Wood and Leathy Lois Johnson. She passed away on December 1, 2019. When she was one, her family moved to California for better opportunities. She enjoyed reading and spending time with family. As a Mom, she always supported her daughters’ activities. She worked for the Travis Unified School District and later at candy shops in Las Vegas. She is preceded in death by her husband, Richard L Jackson III, her parents and older sister, Eloise. She is survived by daughters Cheryl(Fred) and Wendee(Akio); grandchildren Richard, Jackson, Eric and Jessie. A memorial gathering will be held in January. Remembrances can be made in her honor to a charity supporting the welfare of animals or a charity of your choice.
