Known affectionately by many as Lolo, Pop Pop, Opa, or simply The Yard Dog, Scott was a loving husband to his dear wife, Brigitte Vredenburg. Scott was more than just a husband; he was her confidant, her support, and her greatest fan; he was her soulmate. Together, they shared a life enriched by experiences that included hiking adventures and cherished moments spent with family.

Interestingly, Scott loved to share meals with family and was known for his hardy appetite and playful enthusiasm for taking home all of the leftovers. He found joy and meaningful moments spent with his dogs, Apache and Waylon, who were his constant companions.
