  3. It is with profound sadness we share the loss of Mark Anthony Alexander Sr
  4. who passed away on August 10,2025 at his residence. He was 76 years old.

  5. He was the 4th child 0f 5 children Born in Detroit, Michigan to
  6. Robert Alexander and Lilian Stallworth
  7. on July 6, 1949.

  8. Mark was known as a kind and loving man
  9. to all those who had the privilege of knowing him.
  10. He loved to eat, sing and dress to the nines,
  11. but most importantly he loved
  12. Sharing the good news about Jehovah’s kingdom
  13. to all who he came across.
  14. He dedicated his life to Jehovah and was
  15. Baptized on June 15, 1964 at the age of 15 In July, 1961
  16. In Full Time Service for 20 Years

  17. On March 3, 1973 in Detroit, Michigan,
  18. Mark married his cherished wife
  19. Cheryl Faye Dixon
  20. They had know each other since he was 7 years old and she was 3.
  21. Together they built a beautiful life and a loving family.
  22. Mark was a devoted and caring father to his three children
  23. Mark Anthony Jr., Amanda Marie and Ivan Nicholas

  24. In 1987, Mark packed up the family and came to California where he faithfully served Jehovah in 
  25. congregations within Los Angeles, Canoga Park, Moreno Valley,
  26. Rancho Cucamonga, and Sacramento.
  27. Mark’s thoughtfulness, patience, compassion, and unwavering faithfulness left
  28. a great impression on many.

  29. He is survived by his loving wife Cheryl of 52 years, his three children Mark Jr and his wife Gina,
  30. Amanda, Ivan and his wife Shanelle and beloved by his three granddaughters Kennedy, Meilani 
  31. and Londynn. His memory lives on with his nieces and nephews; Tori, Joe, India, Missy, Terrence, 
  32. Patrisha, Candis, Mitchell Jr.,Teddi, Lillian, Neil, and cousin Terry Wilson and his sons Denon and Dane.

  33. Mark was preceded in death by his sister Sylvia Winbush (2011), mother Lillian Alexander (2012), Father Robert Alexander (2014), sister Barbara Hoggs (2024) and brother Mitchell Alexander Sr (2025).

  34. His family looks forward to the day when we will all be reunited with him during the promised resurrection – Isaiah 26:19.
