- It is with profound sadness we share the loss of Mark Anthony Alexander Sr
- who passed away on August 10,2025 at his residence. He was 76 years old.
- He was the 4th child 0f 5 children Born in Detroit, Michigan to
- Robert Alexander and Lilian Stallworth
- on July 6, 1949.
- Mark was known as a kind and loving man
- to all those who had the privilege of knowing him.
- He loved to eat, sing and dress to the nines,
- but most importantly he loved
- Sharing the good news about Jehovah’s kingdom
- to all who he came across.
- He dedicated his life to Jehovah and was
- Baptized on June 15, 1964 at the age of 15 In July, 1961
- In Full Time Service for 20 Years
- On March 3, 1973 in Detroit, Michigan,
- Mark married his cherished wife
- Cheryl Faye Dixon
- They had know each other since he was 7 years old and she was 3.
- Together they built a beautiful life and a loving family.
- Mark was a devoted and caring father to his three children
- Mark Anthony Jr., Amanda Marie and Ivan Nicholas
- In 1987, Mark packed up the family and came to California where he faithfully served Jehovah in
- congregations within Los Angeles, Canoga Park, Moreno Valley,
- Rancho Cucamonga, and Sacramento.
- Mark’s thoughtfulness, patience, compassion, and unwavering faithfulness left
- a great impression on many.
- He is survived by his loving wife Cheryl of 52 years, his three children Mark Jr and his wife Gina,
- Amanda, Ivan and his wife Shanelle and beloved by his three granddaughters Kennedy, Meilani
- and Londynn. His memory lives on with his nieces and nephews; Tori, Joe, India, Missy, Terrence,
- Patrisha, Candis, Mitchell Jr.,Teddi, Lillian, Neil, and cousin Terry Wilson and his sons Denon and Dane.
- Mark was preceded in death by his sister Sylvia Winbush (2011), mother Lillian Alexander (2012), Father Robert Alexander (2014), sister Barbara Hoggs (2024) and brother Mitchell Alexander Sr (2025).
- His family looks forward to the day when we will all be reunited with him during the promised resurrection – Isaiah 26:19.
