Linda Schultz Robinson
March 15th, 1949 - June 22nd, 2025
Linda Schultz Robinson, 76, Rancho Cordova, CA, passed away on June 22nd, 2025
She was born March 15th, 1949 in Oakland, CA to parents Dorothy Koster Schultz and James Richie Schultz. She proudly attended Mauna Olu College in Maui, HI, a time of her life she reminisced on fondly. Hawaii became a place dear to her, and she visited over the years with both friends and family. After college she moved back to California, where she met her husband, Steven Roy Robinson, whom she married August 10th, 1980 in Lafayette, CA.
They settled in Walnut Creek and had 3 daughters of their own; Laura, and fraternal twins Chelsea and Emily. In 1994 they relocated to Colorado Springs, CO, where they raised their daughters, before moving back to California in the early 2000’s to be closer to family.
Linda was known by all as someone with a passion for music, art, making friends, and a love of animals. The Beatles were her favorite band, and she shared her love of music and the arts with family, friends, and her local community as an art instructor. She found a kindred spirit in her daughter, Chelsea, who also connects deeply to music. She was a friendly person who loved to build relationships with others and opened her heart to many she met. An animal lover always, Linda took a special interest in the sheltie dog breed and had many in her life, including her most recent furry love, Finn, whom she had several years before his passing in March 2025.
Linda is survived by her daughters Laura Robinson, Chelsea Robinson, Emily Robinson Redding (husband Jeremy Redding), grandchildren Evelyn and Harper Redding, sisters Margaret Schultz Georgie (husband Larry Georgie) and Nancy Schultz Symons (husband Jeff Symons), as well as nieces Ashley Symons (husband Jamie Fisher) and Rachel Symons.
She is predeceased by her husband Steven Roy Robinson, d. Feb.2nd, 2017 and beloved dog Finn (d.March 2025). Linda will be laid to rest at the Matthew Kilgore Cemetery niche wall in Rancho Cordova, CA, alongside her late husband.
