Laurel (Lori) Gentry, age 79, of Sacramento, California, died Friday, August 11, 2023, at Eclipse Home Care in Orangevale, California. Lori was born on September 13, 1943, in Milford, Utah, the daughter of Paul and Marion (Howarth) Lewis. She graduated from Marysville High School (California) in 1961. Lori worked for the State of California - Department of Motor Vehicles for 35 years. She is survived by two children, her daughter, Deborah (Reggie Green) Boyd of Sacramento, California and her son, James (Lori) Gentry of Winneconne, Wisconsin. Grandchildren Nicole Rebehmed (Abid), Brandon Boyd (Melissa), Weston Green, Kate Gentry and Claire Gentry. Great grandchild Abigail Boyd. Sierra View Funeral Chapel and Crematory of Roseville, California is assisting the family.
