John George Bessler

John (Jack) Bessler passed away at Methodist Hospital of Sacramento due to health complications. Family member was with him when he passed.

John was born in Los Angeles to John J. Bessler and Kay (Lennander) Bessler. The family moved to Grass Valley when he was four years old then to Sacramento in 1966. He spent the rest of his life in the Sacramento area.  His father passed in 1978 and mother in 2022. John had three siblings Louise Bessler, Anne Wiseman (Bruce) who proceeded him in death, and Gary Bessler (Kim).

He graduated from Rio Americano High School, attended American River College prior to graduating from Sacramento State with a degree in economics. John was a member of Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity, IEEE, and MUFON. He spent most of his career as a Financial Analyst and Tax Preparer.

John loved to read (especially Sci Fi and Horror), take classes for advancement in computer and finance, watch movies, and travel.
