Jennie Allen

Jennie Dean Allen passed away at home in Roseville, California on September 1, 2025 at the age of 85 after an acute illness. She was born in Casa Grande, Arizona on June 24, 1940. She is survived by her daughter Monica Allen Messina (Tom), son Dean Allen (Samara), grandchildren Remy Messina and Issa Messina, sister Mary Mayo, brother Henry Dean, and niece and nephews Lucy Busby (Ron), Fred Mayo, Jr. (Joan), and Jerry Mayo (Rowena). She is preceded in death by her brothers Johnny Dean and Joe Dean, sister Cora Stewart, former husband Paul Allen, and granddaughter Guinness Messina. Jennie blessed her family and friends with her affection, generosity, hard work, humor, and love. She was a proud, independent, self-made woman and an expert accountant and financial analyst. She greatly enjoyed dancing, decorating, eating good food, keeping up on current events, learning, loving animals, spending time with family, traveling, and watching movies. Jennie’s family and friends love and miss her very much.
