Born on February 4, 1961 in Merced, CA to Jamesand Joanne (Fuller) Collins. Entered into rest on September 15, 2021 in Sacramento, CA. He was a beloved grandson, son, brother, and uncle. Tom touched many lives with his compassion and love for the arts and music. He was a talented artist who sculpted an eagle for a naval base in Chicago while employed at Gladding McBean in Lincoln, CA. He also created a board game, called Crown Jewels, similar to chess, where he sculpted the pieces. Heloved animals andenjoyed creating stained glass pieces and swan sculptures. More recently, he perfected watercolor paintings of his beloved Irises. He was a talented piano player as well and loved music, movies, and dancing. He will be sorely missed by the many lives he’s touched. Remembrances can be made to Loaves and Fishes or Front Street Animal Shelter, both in Sacramento. A Celebration of his life will follow in the coming weeks.
