Constance Elizabeth MacConnell

Constance Elizabeth MacConnell, née Morgan, passed away peacefully on July 18, 2026, in

Carmichael, California, at the age of 80.

Constance (Connie) was born on March 6, 1946, in New York City, NY. She spent her childhood

in San Antonio and Dallas, Texas, growing up alongside her younger siblings, Bill Morgan, Bob

Morgan, and Eleanor Smith (Morgan). She was preceded in death by her parents, Mary and

William Morgan.

She spent most of her life in Arlington, Texas, where she built both a home and a remarkable

career. Constance dedicated 45 years of service to Bell Helicopter, where her commitment, work

ethic, and loyalty earned the respect of colleagues and friends.

Connie was a devoted mother to her three sons, Rick, Troy, and Kyle, and a proud grandmother

to Hunter, Connor, Caitlin, Sydney, and Alexis. Nothing brought her greater joy than seeing her

family grow and celebrating the accomplishments of her children and grandchildren.

She had a lifelong love of animals and shared her home with many beloved dogs, cats, and birds

over the years. She also found great happiness tending her garden and working in her yard,

where she created beauty and enjoyed the peace of nature.

A source of quiet strength throughout her life was the Serenity Prayer, which was always

displayed in her home and reflected the grace, resilience, and faith with which she faced life's

joys and challenges.

Connie will be remembered for her unwavering love for her family, her compassion for animals,

her dedication to her work, and the warmth she brought to those who knew her. Her memory will

live on in the hearts of her family, friends, and all whose lives she touched.
