Brian Rowe

Brian was a man with many sides. He was an artist, a big kid, an animal lover, and a teddy bear. He loved welding and made many truly amazing pieces of art that incorporated nuts and bolts. He loved just as much, if not more, to show them off and have people ooh and aww over them. It was always heartwarming to see him take pride in something he had created. Brian had a genuinely goofy side to him when he let his inner child out, which was infectious and made you want to join in on the fun. He loved all living creatures and had many snakes, dogs, cats, and even a squirrel at one point. He would turn into a playful and gentle giant around animals and they absolutely loved him. When Brian got soft and loving it was truly a beautiful and special thing to experience. He could really make you feel loved, held, and protected.Brian left this earth too soon leaving behind his two beautiful children Emma and Willow along with their mother, Katie, who held a special place in his heart and his siblings Lisa, Jacob and Katelynn. Brian had been holding deep grief and guilt for a long time so there is a small amount of comfort knowing that he has shed all that and now his spirit is flying with our parents, grandparents and all our ancestors. It is our duty as his family to carry on his legacy and celebrate him in the best way we can. Thank you for being with us today as we celebrate the life of Brian Rowe. Whether you are here in person or tuning in from a far your presence helps give us strength to move through this difficult time. You are loved and appreciated beyond measure.

Service details:

Brian's service will be at Spiritual Life Center (2201 Park Towne Cir, Sacramento, CA 95825) on January 31st from 11-2. It will include a service followed by a reception. It will be catered so there will be food. It will also be live streamed and recorded so if you can't make it in person you can still attend virtually by going to the SLC Sacramento YouTube channel.
