Barbara Thomas born September 15, 1943 in Sacramento, California, passed away peacefully on December 21, 2016 in Sacramento at home with family and friends. Barbara leaves behind a sister Bernice Kelley; three daughters: Rhonda Wilson, Brenda Thomas and Neda Thomas; 12 grandkids; 14 great-grandkids; and 1 great-great-granddaughter. She was a lovely daughter, sister, mother and wife. You are deeply loved and missed. I will love you always.
