Anthony Ray Pratt

October 19, 1960 — June 6, 2025

  • Anthony ( Tony) Ray Pratt

  • In loving memory, we celebrate the life of Tony Pratt.
  • He was born in Sacramento, California and resided in Rancho Cordova,
  • California for the majority of his life.

  • Tony, age 64, passed away in the early hours of June 6th, peacefully in his
  • home. He was preceded in death by his father Raymond Pratt, survived by his
  • wife Patricia Medina, his mother Jessie Ehrhardt, his stepfather Lance Ehrhardt,
  • his daughter Sarah O’Connell, his stepson Sean Milsop and by his two brothers;
  • Michael Pratt and Jason Bertolino. Also by his grandchildren, Paris, Madison,
  • Alyssa and Brayden.

  • Tony retired in 2019 from SMUD, as a high voltage tree trimmer and substation
  • recorder.

  • As a kid, he spent many days riding his bike around Rancho Cordova jumping
  • dirt piles before there were BMX bikes. His love of two wheels did a natural
  • transition into motocross and street bikes. He continued to ride throughout his
  • life.

  • Tony enjoyed building and repairing Harley’s, in his earlier years, and tinkering in
  • his shop along with cultivating a beautiful garden. He loved the coastal range
  • and spent as much time as possible by the ocean, exploring and driving to new
  • places, listening to good music and spending time with family. He was always
  • game for a road trip and always seem to find the hole in the wall, hidden gem
  • place to eat, no matter where he landed. If there was something that needed
  • fixing, he was the MacGyver of the family and if you needed some sage advice
  • without judgement, he was your man.

  • The family wants to thank everyone for their love, prayers and support.
  • Tony you will be missed beyond measure, and remembered always.

A private Celebration of Life, will be held, with family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, please add something special to your own garden or share a meal with a loved one and create memories.
